We are a group of people who have varied interests and come from different backgrounds. However of primary importance to us is our unity and love in the Lord Jesus Christ, having come to the point in our lives when we discovered the reality of God’s love to us in Him.

Our Sunday morning services are led by members of the church and are a blend of both traditional and contemporary music styles.  There is always the exposition of a passage of the Bible in a relevant way by either a church member or a visiting speaker.  The children and teenagers leave part-way through the service for their age appropriate teaching and activities.  Tea and coffee are served at the end of the service.

Whether new to the area or visiting on holiday we’d be delighted to have you join us for any of our services or activities.

The building was initially a library and Sunday School in the 1850’s and then became a Methodist Chapel. In 1993 the Church became a Free Church affiliated with the FIEC and the Evangelical Alliance.

By describing ourselves as an Evangelical Church, we are saying that sharing the good news about Jesus is one of the most important aspects of our church life.
